Reliability Performance Leader

The Reliability Champion is part of the Technical Direction.

This role is in charge of supporting the industrial performances by:

• Deploying a clear vision and strategy to drive Maintenance towards the best achievable level
• Leading at a central level some focused projects to support the strategy
• Animating community around reliability and sharing best practices
• Providing standards for all standardized machines within Sekurit
• Driving the digitalization of the Maintenance profession
• Being the owner of “Maintain Process & Equipment” process as well as the referent of the Reliability pillar centrally (according to the World Class Manufacturing methodologies)

The position is covering all factories worldwide and having a functional management of the maintenance managers.

• We are looking for a driven and motivated person, with a strong operational experience (min 10 years), seeking for a new challenge looking at a broader picture.
• You are a perfect candidate if you are able to develop a close relationship with factories and suppliers, to act as an entrepreneur with a strong leadership, who has the capacity to think out of the box and set a vision.
• Knowledge in Project Management
• English spoken and written in daily work ; French is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience in Process industry and preferably Glass or Automotive Industry

• The position requires travelling in factories, representing approximately 25% of time
